Super smooth and creamy tiramisu with a tender texture. Be careful not to finish it in one bite.



coffee with cardamon

cacao powder and nibs

for cream:
30 g - cacao butter (melted)
300 g - silken tofu
100 g - coconut milk (~18g fat)
50 g - @fermentful original kefir
50 g - sugar or syrup
1/2 tsp - vanilla extract

*to give the cream a sourness, ferment overnight or add a splash of lemon juice.
*just blend all together until super smooth


  1. soak biscuits in strong coffee and place it on the bottom of the jar

  2. put a layer of cream

  3. cacao powder and nibs on top

  4. repeat layer by layer. recommend 2 layers.

  5. place in the fridge for an hour or so.
