BREAKFAST CREPES
2 servings / 6 crepes

Mouthfilling, tongue touching a very playful Sunday breakfast option. For om... nom... nom... good morning. 

INGREDIENTS:

80 g - oat flour
80 g - buckwheat flour
4 tsp - tapioca flour
2 tsp - sugar or syrup

2 tsp - apple puree

200 ml - Fermentful original kefir

300 ml - water
1/2 tsp - vanilla extract


*2 tsp tapioca flour could be replaced with 1 tsp 

corn starch

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. blend all ingredients together until super smooth consistency

  2. grease your pan with a little oil and bake pancakes using 1 tbsp of dough for each.

  3. Serve with fresh berries or fruits

  4. You can also pour over apple puree and some nut butter
