MATCHA MOUSSE
2 servings
When matcha is a perfect match to green
buckwheat kefir

INGREDIENTS:
100 g - coconut cream
100 ml - @fermentful original kefir
50 g - cacao butter
2 tsp - matcha powder
50g - syrup
2 tsp - white miso
​
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all room temperature (!) ingredients and whisk together.

Place in the form and freeze.

Defrost it for at least 2 hours in the fridge or 30 min outside the fridge, before serving.

*if you serve in jar or glass, put in the fridge before serving. Freezing is not necessary.
